Auntie Gale was awesome to Pattie and me when we visited you guys. She was great, so creative and supportive and generous. Knowing how much I loved the Beatles, she made me this fantastic Yellow Submarine on the back of a denim shirt. I wore it a bit before I realized I might be wrecking it. So I framed it, and it’s been hanging in our bedroom all these years. I snapped this pic just now; it doesn’t do it justice. Your mom was amazing! You were so lucky to have a wonderful mom!
